BOOK CLUB: BARCODE TATTOO

This is an exciting adventure we are about to embark on together. It will likely look and feel very different from the way you usually do a novel study.

As so much of your ground work will be digital, it is important to remember good online etiquette:
1. Be honest.
2. Be organized with your thinking.
3. Edit before you send.
4. You can always add and build.
5. Click HERE to enter the discussions.

BOOK CLUB: BARCODE TATTOO

Welcome to our landing page for our adventures on a Board-wide FFP Book Club. This page will organize our weekly discussions.

Book Club Dates- This officially runs all May. The book is divided into four set sections with specific guided questions for discussion each week. We will all talk once a week at the same time (synchronous discussion) but each week's questions will be open until the following Wednesday for continued asynchronous discussions. The one time a week that we will all be online together is: Wednesdays from 9:00-9:30.

Make sure you are prepared each week. Read the entire section and have your mind on, prepared to discuss the section. Remember, you are welcome to add to our discussion boards throughout the week but the majority of your discussion contributions should occur during the synchronized discussion times.

Because Book Club only runs for 4 weeks and the weekly discussions are tailored specifically to that section of the novel, be sure to  schedule your reading in order to finish each section so you can actively contribute to each week's discussions.

Our book breaks down as follows:
SECTION 1: Chapters 1-6 (pages 1-69)  MAY 8
SECTION 2: Chapters 7-13 (pages 70-126)  MAY 15
SECTION 3: Chapters 14-20 (pages 127-192)  MAY 22
SECTION 4: Chapter 21- END (pages 192-258)  MAY 29

I will also be setting up a second discussion board where I would like you to post connections to our novel. There is an explanation of this on the
top of the "Off Topic" discussion board.
